Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analisis per molecule and per indication to support portfolio planning andprioritization decisions.
• Evaluate product opportunities across LATAM by consolidating commercial, financial, operational, and market data, and preparing recommendations and supporting documentation.
• Analyze portfolio performance trends and identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Execute assessment of new product opportunities, lifecycle management initiatives, and portfolio rationalization exercises.
• Develop business cases for new products, portfolio investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare recurring portfolio and strategic projects reports, executive presentations, scorecards, and KPIs, maintaining databases and monitoring tools.
• Coordinate portfolio actions, decisions, and follow-up activities, ensuring consistency and quality of portfolio information across markets and functions.
• Implement strategic initiatives through project tracking, reporting, issue monitoring, and status communication.
• Maintain and continuously improve product portfolio and project management tools, templates, and governance documentation.
• Develop project and product portfolio dashboards and reporting tools to provide timely visibility to leadership teams and executive level.
• Implementation of portfolio and project management best practices across LATAM.

Job Requirements:

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or  related fields.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience developing business cases and conducting financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple information sources.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations and to work effectively across multiple functions.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, competitive assessment and commercial performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to build executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Strong Power BI skills for dashboard creation and performance tracking.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience with  IQVIA, Power BI, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Planview, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Spanish proficiency. Portuguese is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and/or Product lifecycle is valued.
  • Knowledge in Project Management best practices is valued.

• Experience
•  3 years of relevant experience in portfolio analysis, business analysis, commercial excellence, strategic planning, finance, consulting, PMO, or related functions.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, biotechnology, or other regulated industries preferred.
