Job Summary


We are looking for a strong and energetic Program Manager, Global Business Transformation and Strategic Planning to join Global Business Transformation and Strategic Planning team. Reporting to the Senior VP of Global Business Transformation and Strategic Planning, this role is responsible for driving major strategic initiatives across businesses and functions and uncovering business process improvement opportunities.


Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for driving the process, performance management and overall execution of the Operational Plan.
  • Project manage and execute major strategic initiatives in conjunction with relevant business and/or functional leaders. Drive content leadership of defined topics.
  • Explore, study and comprehensively understand different functional areas of the business and industry best practices to uncover and lead improvement opportunities.
  • Influence and engage senior-level executives across all functional areas of the business to drive outcomes and proactively deal with issues. At ease working with Executive management committee members and their leadership teams.
  • Support the transfer and offshoring of business processes to shared service center, and ongoing service delivery excellence.
  • Coach and develop junior members of the transformation office and in the broader organization.


Job Requirements


  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Science or related field; MBA would be a definite asset.
  • Over 8 years relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry or consulting.
  • Broad experience managing strategic projects in different domains of the business is required for this role.
  • Management Consulting experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in process improvement methodology and data analysis, Lean Six Sigma certification would be an asset.
  • Excellent English language communication (verbally and in writing), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and use advanced data analysis skills to propose recommendations
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
