Job Summary

  • Finished Products shipment planning, Invoicing and export documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with SCM and batch release teams to ensure timely availability of products for dispatch
  • Allocate transportation modes (road, sea, air) and select appropriate carriers based on shipment plan
  • Place shipment bookings, prepare export documentation, and follow dispatch schedules
  • Track in-transit shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Report shipment delivery status to team SCM and Finance on weekly basis.
  • Support reverse logistics and returns handling where applicable.
  • Knowledge in SAP systems for Invoicing, domestic Invoice, e-Invoicing and delivery challan.
  • Preparation of e-way bill in GST portal.
  • Knowledge of logistics and post export documentation.
  • Basic data analysis skills using MS office tools.
  • To perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirement.
  • Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achive all outcomes.
  • Continuous upgradation of knowledge with respect to cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Performance all work in support of our Corporate Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Courage and Innovation. Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
  • Ensure personal adherence with all complaines programs including the Global Business Ethics and compliance program, Global quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies and HR policies.
  • All Other relevant duties as assigned.

  • Education:
    • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret shipment and delivery data for performance improvement
    • SAP knowledge
    • MS office knowledge
    • Good knowledge in MS office and SAP.
  • Experience:
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in Export Logistics preferably in GMP regulatory industries.
