Job Summary
Support operational excellence initiatives by assisting in executing shopfloor data monitoring & analysis, perform time studies, analyzing processes to identify improvement opportunities, and contributing to projects focused on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and cost. This role provides hands-on exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies and business transformation projects
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities across functions.
- Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Participate in Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, process mapping).
- Track and report progress of improvement projects.
- Help in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and suggest improvements.
- Support digital and transformation initiatives as assigned.
- Contribute to waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts.
- Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops on Lean concepts (as required).
- Perform any other tasks assigned related to operational excellence initiatives
Job Requirements
- Education
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / MTech / MPharm / Idustrial Engineering
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Power Bi (Not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
- Experience
- No prior experience required (internship or academic project experience is a plus)
