Job Summary

Carryout the process and cleaning activities with compliance as per production planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs all work in compliance with Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, related policies with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our job activities;
  • Works as a member of a team to achieve the goal;
  • Operates in accordance with Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, all established regulatory compliance and safety requirements;Performs all work in support of our Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
  • To carry out the work as per the instructions given by the immediate Reporting Officer.
  • To follow good manufacturing practices and Good documentation practices.
  • To execute the operations / Process as per the written procedures in BPCR.
  • To perform the cleaning activities as per the GCR’s.
  • To ensure and execute that the SAP transactions are done as per work instructions.
  • To stage the Raw materials and packing material to the respective areas.
  • To report and record the deviations observed during the activity.
  • To follow the safety procedures during working.
  • To maintain a good housekeeping of the plant and surroundings.
  • To co-ordinate with Engineering with respect to Breakdowns, preventive maintenance and day to day activities.
  • To carry out safe disposal of spent and solid waste as per EHS norms.
  • To undergo training and active participation in the following areas.
    • Unit operations.
    • Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Safety.
  • Report abnormalities in the areas of GMP, Safety, Operations etc., to the immediate reporting officer / supervisor.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education
    • Minimum Diploma / Degree in science / Pharmacy / Engineering.   
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Self motivational skills allowing you to fuction independently.
    • Communication style and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a APIPL environment.
    • Excellent Teamwork and Experience.
