Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO), and the broader GR&D / NPL team via systems management and project creation, reporting as it pertains to financials and work plan activities, and master data management.
Job Responsibilities
- Refresh of critical NPL and NPD reports on SharePoint and Path Reporting domains to support functionality related to project management and capacity planning, regulatory affairs, as well as metrics/budgeting initiatives.
- Assist with completion of tasks in the master data checklist for Zert & Zalb code review for launch.
- Support management with the creation of site-specific presentations highlighting key launches in the short-term window.
- Assist International Portfolio Management by compiling and analyzing raw financial data on a quarterly basis to drive prioritization and metrics (Data Lake updates).
- Review Intake requests for data accuracy and consistency, provide feedback to Portfolio Management/Initiators, where clarification or updates are required, update and approve Intake requests, and set-up corresponding NPL projects in launch systems.
- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to immediate supervisor.
- Work in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Education:
- University Degree or College Diploma in business, health sciences or a related field required.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS desktop tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) and other software – i.e., Power BI.
- Experience with reporting tools and development.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to internal and external customers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- 3-7 yrs of similar industry experience
