Job Summary

Responsible role holder in the manufacturing process of compounding section  to carry out Sifting, Blending, Compaction, Bin Docking, Granulation & Dispensing (operation and cleaning) and other General activities following cGMP & GDP standards as per the procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • To involve in execution of operation and cleaning of Sifting, Blending, Bin Docking, Compaction, Granulation & Dispensing and other general activities in Compounding.
  • To handle and perform Operation, Cleaning & Calibration activities of equipments like, Vibro sifter, Quadro Comill, Bin Blender and Cage blenders, Roller Compactors, LAF in Dispensing and other portable & Non portable equipments and Accesssories etc.,which ever are used in (Compounding) production deparment.
  • To keep update in all training activities and other cross functional departments trainings (as and when assigned) in learning plan.
  • To be a Qualified Operator and Visual inspector as per Qualification for cleaning activities in Compounding.
  • To work inline with the cGMP requirements like (But not limited to) Status Labelling, In-Process test execution, on line documenting of environmental conditions and pressure difference monitoring, Weighing and Calibration activities to be followed.
  • To follow Good Documentation Practices.
  • To execute batch as per instruction given in batch document (MMaR and Protocol).
  • To involve in equipment/area qualification activities as per the requirement and/or product / systems associatred with all regular activities directly / indirectly supporting the entire product life cycle.
  • To execute/Support and escalate to supervisor in case of equipment break down due to power failure, critical / unknown alarms, movement of equipments, material and parts in order to avoid incidents.
  • To follow health and Hygiene practices and adhere to safety and compliance aspects in all the steps in the production area.
  • To perform all other duties, documentation and execution activities assigned by respective supervisor based on business and compliance requirement.
  • Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
  • Performs all work in support of our Corporate values. Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
  • Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education
    • Minimum degree in B.Sc/D.Pharm/Diploma/ITI/SSLC.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) & Good Documentation Practices.
    • Efficient communication, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
    • Adequate knowledge to understand the written procedures and policies.

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the production process
