Job Summary
The Sales Operations & Administration Manager is responsible for planning and executing commercial strategies through sales data analysis, process optimization, and coordination of the sales cycle. This role ensures the achievement of commercial objectives by efficiently managing sales information, overseeing incentive and expense administration, and monitoring the performance of the sales force.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Demand Planning manager in sales planning within IBP
- Generate monthly forecasts, and quarterly budgets, consolidating information by client and product.
- Analyze historical sales data, product performance, and market trends to improve sales forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate and participate in Marketing-Sales strategic meetings to align commercial decisions.
- Assess portfolio profitability by client, analyzing P&L data in SAP to support strategic actions.
- Generate reports on inventory coverage and sales administration to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the billing process, ensuring smooth coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor and manage short-dated inventory, working with Sales and Marketing to implement corrective actions.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales force resources (travel, per diems, vehicles, accommodations).
- Control sales expenses through monthly tracking to ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Manage and reduce return rates vs. invoicing, generating reports and statistical analysis.
- Ensure compliance and fairness of the sales force incentive plan, aligning it with commercial strategies.
- Develop sales effectiveness reports (KPIs, incentives, forecast accuracy) to support decision-making.
- Oversee the monthly update of sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and service levels.
- Lead the development and evolution of business intelligence capabilities to support strategic decision-making in LATAM.
- Design and implement dashboards and KPIs to monitor commercial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze market, customer, and competitive intelligence from multiple sources to support senior management decisions.
- Partner with regional stakeholders (BUs, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver timely insights on product performance, pricing trends, and commercial opportunities.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and machine learning techniques to optimize forecast models and identify business risks or opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- Post-graduate degree in Business, Advanced Analytics or similar as a plus
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and generate strategic insights.

- Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred).
- Experience:
- 5 years in sales planning, analysis, and execution of commercial strategies.
- Experience in sales data analysis, reporting, and budget control.
- Strong background in forecasting processes and sales administration.
- Proficiency in SAP, Office tools, and data analysis platforms.
