Job Summary
- Maintaining of inventory in SAP
- Dispatch of finished goods.
- To ensure the activities are carried out as per the SOP’s / Forms or other relevant documents; while ensuring all activities are documented when the activity is carried out.
- To maintain good personal hygiene and contribute to good and safe housekeeping.
- To update oneself on the cGMP practices and safe working practices through periodic training.
- Report abnormalities in the areas of cGMP, Safety and Operations, etc., to the seniors.
Job Responsibilities
- Receipt, storage, labelling and documentation of incoming materials.
- Daily monitoring of Re-test materials and initiate request for retesting.
- Receive and store appropriately in house manufactured materials from Production and update in SAP.
- Receive and store appropriately raw material returns, if any, from Production and update in records / SAP accordingly.
- Dispensing and issue of raw materials / packing materials / Intermediates / Finished goods / production consumables.
- Accounting of issued materials in SAP.
- Raising purchase requisitions as per stores & production department requirements.
- Maintaining minimum stocks levels as per production requirement.
- Initiating change control / deviation / CAPA in TRACKWISE application where and when required.
- Coordination with SCM / EHS for disposal of rejected / expired materials as per procedure.
- Recording of temperature and relative humidity and monometer recording.
- Calibration of weighing balances as per schedule.
- Cleaning of dispensing and sampling rooms.
- Cleaning of dispensing accessories.
- Physical stock verification as per SOP
- Maintenance and updating of material transactions in SAP.
- Co-ordination with QC for timely release of raw and packing materials.
- Recording of values as required during activities in the respective logbooks / forms, etc. as per schedule.
- To adhere the EHS policy & procedure in routine activities.
- To involve in EHS related activities on need basis.
- To utilize men and material resources effectively.
Job Requirements
- Education
- BSc, D Pharm
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge in stores CGMP & safety procedures.
- An effective team player with Strong interpersonal, result oriented and hardworking skills.
- Good Working attitude and willing to learn.
- Knowledge in inventory and scientific applications in stores including SAP, Trackwise, etc.,
- Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in Pharma Stores
