Job Summary
The Market Research Analyst will support the analysis of data and the creation of insights to aid strategic decision-making in the Marketing, Sales. This role focuses on assisting with reporting, identifying trends, and generating KPIs to support market analysis and evaluate the performance of products, campaigns, and territories across LATAM.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources for analysis.
- Support the generation of monthly performance reports for products and sales teams across LATAM.
- Help identify trends in pharmaceutical market data to support strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior team members in preparing sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- Provide support in analyzing the results of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and data visualization tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data handling and reporting processes.
- Support in data intelligence for the marketing plan development.
- Analize and obtain key insights from market research to support the brands’ strategy.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Health Sciences or related areas
- Familiarity with BI tool certifications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good Excel skills and basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization principles.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the use of market analysis tools
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience
- 1 to 2 years in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.
