Job Summary
The Marketing analyst is responsible for supporting in the execution of marketing strategies, project management, and promotional activities for assigned brands within the pharmaceutical industry. Its main objective is to contribute to the positioning of brands, ensure alignment with the regulatory requirements of the sector and coordinate operational activities for the fulfillment of commercial and communication objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support in the collection of relevant information on trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- To keep control of the budget allocated to marketing activities under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts with suppliers and invoicing follow-up.
- Prepare results reports and key metrics for brands
- Ensure that promotional activities and materials comply with local regulations and internal policies of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate on audits and marketing compliance reviews.
- Work closely with the sales team, advertising agencies and suppliers.
- Maintain effective communication with the area of regulatory and legal affairs for the approval of promotional materials.
- Support the organization of Marketing events, activities and brands activation and follow up on the results.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Health Sciences or related areas
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge in market analysis and digital marketing tools.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and orientation to results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience
- 1 to 2 years in similar positions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors.
