Job Summary
As part of the Strategy Execution team, this individual will lead cultural transformation initiatives during a critical inflection point in the company’s expansion across LATAM.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute change management strategies and communication plans to support organizational transformation, both from a strategic, capability, and behavior standpoints.
- Partner with HR, Communications, and Functional Leaders to embed company values, cultural behaviors, and ways of working.
- Implement critical actions both in the corporate office, as well as in Apotex´ production plants, Quality control laboratories, and Affiliates beyond Mexico, to improve morale, enhance perceptions and secure Apotex certification as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) in Latin America.
- Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, feedback culture, and leadership alignment.
- Identify change readiness risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support leadership capability-building programs focused on adaptability, collaboration, and inclusion.
- Track progress of cultural transformation initiatives through KPIs and engagement surveys.
- Facilitate change networks, champions programs, and peer-to-peer learning forums.
- Act as a coach and advisor to project teams and business leaders during periods of change.
- Work jointly with the Talent Acquisiton team to develop a toolkit for recruitment, aligned with Apotex winning behaviors, and in line with the LATAM growth ambition
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; results-driven and collaborative mindset.
- Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing programs across multiple countries and cultures.
- Passionate about people, mindset evolution, and building inclusive workplaces.
- Strong advocate for Diversity Equity and Inclusion, capable to foster relationships based on mutual trust and empathy.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3- 5 years of experience leading change initiatives and culture transformation in global organizations.
