Job Summary

Achieve the sales objectives established for the team under their charge, forming a successful team of salespeople, as well as optimize human and material resources to achieve results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily accompanied visits in the field with the sales force in their charge in order to evaluate the work of medical representatives, generating business relationships with doctors and pharmacies, resulting in the prescription and movement of the products on promotion.
  • Develop a quarterly work plan to present to the sales manager.
  • Update medical datebase quarterly to ensure most potential health professionals are impacted.
  • Plan monthly in conjunction with the sales manager the supervision of their group of representatives according to the performance and needs of each territory to ensure compliance with the visit and sales objectives.
  • Implement monthly marketing strategies and sales tactics according to each territory through the use of audit information.
  • Verify daily compliance with visits to doctors and pharmacies of the team in their charge, following up on the control systems (CRM tools) implemented by the company in order to cover the established KPis.
  • Lead and participate in the recruitment process for the vacancies corresponding to their territory, conducting interviews with the candidates filtered by HR and together with the sales and marketing manager propose a shortlist of finalists.
  • Verify the correct use of the tools and materials sent in the promotional cycle. Carry out a quarterly inventory control of medical samples and materials of the equipment in their charge in order to avoid operational losses.
  • Look for potential business opportunities with new clients, doctors, insurance companies, etc. and work together with the KAM to make them happen.

    • Previous experience as a sales representative (minimum 3 years)
    • Similar position minimum of 2 years.
    • Personnel management of at least 2 years.
    • Knowledge and mastery of Pharmaceutical Industry audits (DDD, ATV, CLOSE UP, MFPM, PMM, among others)
  • Desirable
    • Previous experience in the specific therapeutic area and in the work area.
