Job Summary

Responsible for the comprehensive strategy, positioning, and performance of the Espadiva brand. Manages the full product lifecycle, leads cross-functional execution, and oversees budget planning and return on investment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor the brand marketing strategy and annual plan for Espadiva.
  • Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer trends.
  • Define and execute product positioning, value proposition, and brand messaging.
  • Lead product launches or relaunches, including campaign design and go-to-market tools.
  • Collaborate with agencies (creative, media, PR) to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor brand KPIs such as market share, sales growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across pharmacy, digital, and retail channels.
  • Manage and optimize brand budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; results-driven and collaborative mindset.
    • Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong background in budget management, agency leadership, and omnichannel campaigns.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management within pharma or OTC industries.
