Job Summary
Generate demand in the territory assigned for the portfolio of products under promotion, through visits to doctors implementing sales and marketing strategies, as well as verify and guarantee the availability of products in the assigned pharmacies, in order to meet the sales objectives and daily visits.
Job Responsibilities
- Cover the sales quotas per product on a monthly sell-out basis.
- Comply with the KPIs of daily visits to doctors and pharmacies.
- Report daily in the CRM the visits made with truthful and reliable information on objectives and results obtained with doctors and pharmacies.
- Analyze monthly sales information and prescriptions to detect business opportunities and establish action plans for the assigned territory.
- Follow up and present progress of the action plans and results obtained, on a monthly basis.
- Apply marketing and sales strategies, maximizing and appropriately using promotional materials such as: campaigns, visual aids, patient programs, treatment starts, medical items and brand reminders, among others.
- Actively participate in internal training, complying with the certifications and minimum passing qualifications, with the aim of mastering the technical and commercial information of each of the products in the current portfolio.
- Properly manage and use the tools provided by the company.
- When required, participate in the Congresses, Medical Events, Meetings or Conventions that the company holds, carrying out the assigned activities to achieve the expected results.
Job Requirements
- Educational requirements or preferences:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- In economic-administrative areas or areas related to health
- The knowledge and skills required:
- Handling of audits of the pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and a minimum medical visit of 6 months.
- Knowledge of the territory and the products of the portfolio under promotion.
- Management and inclusion of products in pharmacy chains and basic tables.
- Previous experience with the target medical specialties.
