Job Summary

Responsible for following the Commercial Operations/Product Support department policies and procedures. Responsible for activities as they relate to the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA); “Exceptions Handling”, Tracing and Verification Router Service (VRS) requests, Customer onboarding for Electronic Product Code Information Services (EPCIS) data sharing, Sales Force Case Management (SFCM). Testing and Training for DSCSA Commercial Operations/Product Support system/activities, SFCM. Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports; Commercial Operational reports, VRS reports, DSCSA on-boarding reports, ad hoc reports. Support DSCSA “Exceptions Handling” for the Commercial Operations/Product Support teams. Identify and drive process improvements, efficiencies and metrics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports management in developing processes and procedures for handling Product Data complaints as related to DSCSA.
  • Responsible for testing and training team members on DSCSA onboarding and exception activities.
  • Escalating VRS complaints as necessary that Product Support is unable to resolve.
  • Primary point of contact for DSCSA inquires when Management is unavailable.
  • Run and analyze the following weekly/monthly reports; Commercial Operational Reports, DSCSA on-boarding reports, and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Maintaining master data that’s relevant to DSCSA for customers, for example, Global Location Number (GLN), customer’s addresses & DSCSA customer contact information.
  • Triaging and following up with Customer to address complaints and assist investigation for product finished goods sites and logistics.
  • Participate and presenting information as required for DSCSA impacted activities with cross functional teams.
  • Escalate difficult issues to Director/Manager
  • Ensures that appropriate direction is followed on company policies and process procedures.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, efficiencies and metrics.
  • Maintains and expands relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting company goals.
  • Takes internal lead position to problem solve for- and make recommendations to Director/Manager.
  • Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations.
  • Operates in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, and all established regulatory, compliance and safety requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education
    • Graduate degree compulsary, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 3–5 years pharmaceutical customer service experience.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Must be self-motivated and possess strong business ethics
    • Able to make independent decisions
    • Flexibility in dealing with constantly changing priorities and work loads
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail
  • Experience
    • Position requires proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics.

The regularly scheduled work week is Monday through Friday and the hours are 8:30a –- 5:00p.
