Job Summary
Responsible for providing end to end support to trade spend disbursements for all Retail accounts, Key Accounts and ACP. Prepare weekly payment requests and prepare short-term cash forecasts. The analyst is also responsible for performing monthly routine duties as assigned and adhoc analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Examine and reconcile payments and ensure that disbursements are allocated to the appropriate budgets and in conformity with procedures
- Develop and provide reports as needed to support the year-end processes and audit requirements
- Processes and disburses all customer agreement payments with high accuracy and in a timely manner within established deadlines weekly.
- Liaises with cross-functional departments, escalates issues and expedites processes as required
- Acts as salesforce expert on payment work flows and processing. Compiles and generates regional data pertinent to customer agreements as required for business reviews and special projects.
- Assists in cross-functional teams for cost saving, process improvement initiatives, as needed
- Maintains databases and spreadsheets routinely as assigned.
- Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Education
- University/College Degree in Business or Accounting.
- University/College Degree in Business or Accounting.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 2 years analytical experience
- Pharma or CPG background preferred
- University/College Degree in Business or accounting.
- Knowledge of a sales organization’s business processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of SAP and BW modules
- Expert in PC based analytical tools Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of data integration and cross-referencing.
- Strong team player who works well in a group environment
- Positive, can-do attitude and results oriented
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
