Job Summary
The Coordinator, Marketing will report directly to the Director, Marketing Specialty in a role designed to help support the execution of the Marketing plan of action for the Apotex Specialty Marketing Division. The Coordinator, Marketing Specialty role will mainly provide coordination and support to the product management team
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Specialty Marketing product portfolio working closely with the Director, Marketing, and the product management team.
- Work with the product management team to coordinate the development, review, approval and updating of promotional materials and programs for the Biosimilar and Specialty product portfolio.
- Support the budget management process including, but not limited to purchase order and invoice preparation and processing, budget change request process management and monthly, quarterly, and annual spend reconciliation and reporting to Finance.
- Internal and external meeting/event management: Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal meetings and events, including, but not limited to meeting coordination, venue management, travel arrangements, and catering.
- Contract management: Support the Commercial team and collaborate with Contracting/Legal, and other internal and external stakeholders to manage contracts including, but not limited to contract development, preparation, and submission.
- Healthcare compliance (HCC) process management and reporting
- Maintain and update the various product and financial management systems and files including SAP, Sales CRM, product catalogue and pricing lists, customer product lists.
- Distribution of marketing communications to sales staff, customers (both retail and Hospital), wholesalers, government, and third-party drug plans, as directed.
- Generate reports as requested by both internal and external customers.
- Fulfill Ad hoc requests by internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with and assist other members of the Specialty Marketing & Sales team in the implementation of initiatives as required.
- Work closely with the Specialty Marketing & Sales team to develop best practices in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a College/University program in business or marketing
- Have previous experience in both the development and implementation of marketing programs.
- Pharma marketing experience in Specialty products preferred.
- Experience in event planning
- Experience in coordination/production of printed materials an asset
- Be a natural organizer who thrives on being able to take initiative to improve business processes and implement best practices.
- Be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be able to work independently in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual (French) an asset
