We are looking for a strong and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our team. The right candidate will be part of aGlobal Supply & Technical Operations (GSTO) — a team that is composed of passionate individuals who are driven to continuous improvement and success. 


The Finance Business Partner will be responsible to providing financial support, with in-depth business analytics, to assist in decision-making. This role will work closely with production site leadership teams, and global functions, to provide value-added analysis and insights to support executive actions. The Finance Business Partner will provide monthly reports on operational expenses and variances and support the Global Director, Finance in monthly reporting of performance against its Budget and Work Plan objectives.



  • Provide strong leadership and financial support to the operational leadership team, acting as a key business partner by providing financial expertise and solutions to assist in the achievement of annual and strategic objectives
  • Standardize performance measurement methodologies and processes, and support new ways of interpreting financial data to drive change
  • Support cost reviews, and monitor departmental expenses based on total budget
  • Support monthly financial projections of departmental expenses, work closely with stakeholders to understand variances to budget, and provide guidance to achieve functional objectives
  • Validate, consolidate, analyze, and communicate monthly cost variances and other metrics to GSTO Leadership Team




  • University degree and accounting designation (CPA), or MBA are required for this role
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-facility, global manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience with industries in Manufacturing or Supply Chain (Pharmaceutical experience preferable)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present concepts at all levels in an organization, particularly at the senior management level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, across the global network and within functions
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office, and experience in an SAP environment
