Job Summary
In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your primary responsibility is to leverage business analytics to identify, prioritize, and monitor initiatives that deliver maximum impact.
By transforming complex data into actionable insights, you will help guide operational strategies and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
A key expectation of this role is to combine analytical expertise with hands-on engagement. You will actively support and, when needed, work on the shop floor to run Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in real operational challenges and opportunities.
This position is execution-focused, supporting the deployment of our global manufacturing strategy with a strong emphasis on CI, Lean transformation, cost reduction, automation, digitization, and AI adoption.
You will also lead efforts to modernize business operations through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and digital tools that enhance organizational agility and customer experience. A key expectation is to champion a culture of data literacy and continuous learning, ensuring that analytics becomes a core driver of operational excellence across all sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Program management :
- Contributed to the rollout of global manufacturing strategy projects, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Support the development and implementation of a global OpEx and Transformation strategy aligned with AGO business objectives.
- Scheduling internal and external program meetings while also tracking and following-up with action items
- Identifying any barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate
- Operational Excellence:
- Identify and prioritize key strategic improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.
- Challenge status quo to constantly improve ways of workings across the organization
- Assisted and also lead implementation of standardized processes across manufacturing sites to enhance productivity.
- Design and implement process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other relevant methodologies
- Influence ,engage and act as CI agent with all areas of the business that you are to drive outcomes ,OEE and proactively improvement
- Business Analytics:
- Monitor business unit performance on various metrics to provide reports and recommendations on emerging trends
- Oversee Data Analytics reporting of data records, global operations performance KPIs and metrics.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and track progress towards key goals and objectives..
- Built and maintained interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize operational performance and identify trends.
- Conducted root cause analysis using statistical methods and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
- Developed automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
- Partnered with business units to define KPIs and create performance scorecards for continuous improvement tracking.
- Digital Transformation:
- Identify opportunities for innovation through emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation, etc.).
- Create and support business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
- Support the adoption of digital technologies and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Participate and oversee the end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance standards.

Job Requirements
- Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Science, or related field
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Business Analytics roles, with proven on-site and hands-on manufacturing exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles (certification preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/other) and advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with automation, digitization, and AI concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment,demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and use advanced data analysis skills to propose recommendations.
- Good level of understanding of Lean Six Sigma and o dther relevant continuous improvement methodologies and KPIs (i.e OEE, SMED, productivity ,etc )
- Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization
