Job Summary


We are looking for a strong and energetic Program Manager, Global Business Transformation and Strategic Planning to join Global Business Transformation and Strategic Planning team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global Business Transformation and Strategic Planning, this role is responsible for acting as liaison for our offshored shared service centre, driving major strategic initiatives across businesses and functions and uncovering business process improvement opportunities.


Job Responsibilities


  • Support the transfer and offshoring of business processes to shared service center and ongoing service delivery excellence.
  • Project manage and execute major strategic initiatives in conjunction with relevant business or functional leaders        
  • Explore, study and comprehensively understand different functional areas of the business and industry best practices to uncover and lead improvement opportunities
  • Driving the process, performance management and overall execution of the Operational Plan.
  • Influence and engage senior-level executives across all functional areas of the business to drive outcomes and proactively deal with issues. At ease working with Executive management committee members and their leadership teams.
  • Coach and develop junior members of the transformation office and in the broader organization.


Job Requirements


  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience dealing with large scale complex projects.
  • Experience in Process Improvement Methodology, Data Analysis and Process Mapping is required for this role. Lean Six Sigma certification would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and use advanced data analysis skills to propose recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel skills
