Job Summary

The Trade Spend dept is responsible for handling all aspects of the agreement administration process. The analyst is responsible for updating and maintenance of all agreement on a timely basis.  This entails auditing and troubleshooting current agreements.  The analyst is also responsible for performing monthly routine duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining agreement rates in SAP
  • Maintain and update Agreement Master
  • Accountable for auditing agreements on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure accuracy of accruals
  • Manage, maintain and optimize estimated accrual balance review workbook, ensuring that all balances are correct and completed on a timely basis
  • Works collaboratively with cross functional teams on testing systems and process improvement initiatives
  • Responsible to initiation and execution of the Annual Trade spend process
  • Identifies and drives efficiencies to streamline and simplify trade spend processes
  • Develop SOP’s and ensure that they relevant and current
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and analysing problem agreements and work with assigned analyst to course correct
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education
    • University Degree in Business or Accounting. CPA preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Knowledge of a sales organization’s business processes.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of SAP and BW modules
    • Expert in PC based analytical tools Excel and Access.
    • Knowledge of data integration and cross-referencing.
    • Strong team player who works well in a group environment
    • Positive, can-do attitude and results oriented
    • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must possess strong business ethics for handling confidential information and the ability to make independent judgement decisions.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years analytical experience
