Job Summary

Requirement 

Must currently be enrolled in a Co-op Program. 

To work within the Global Supply Chain Planning Analytics team to provide data analysis to support for generation of day to day analytics and KPIs that drive decisions and actions within the Global Supply Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support regular data analysis and KPI generation.
  • Provide support on projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist team with development of data definitions, data profiling, and data validation activities.
  • Review and maintain key master data attributes.
  • Assist with development and implementation of new analytics pertinent to supply chain operations.
  • Assist the Global Supply Chain Planning Analytics group in evaluating data using spreadsheets and databases, and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.
  • Liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.
  • Work in a team approach environment to problem solving.
  • Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values; Collaboration, Courage, Passion and Perseverance. 
  • Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated Pharmaceutical interest is an asset.
  • Study focus on Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Analytics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (i.e. Planners, Managers, Coordinators etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, with experience in Excel and Access is essential.
  • Experience in VBA and/or SAP would be an asset.
