Job Summary

To assist the Project Leader with coordinating, planning and executing activities for achieving successful implementation of changes to commercial products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, maintenance and organization of a centralized database for the management of Supply Chain Marketed Products change controls.
  • Support the gathering of relevant documentation for initiation of a change control under supervision.
  • Utilize SAP and QMS Trackwise for the collection and creation of reports supporting the SCMP Project Leader.
  • Prepare and/or gather information to support the creation or revision of SOD’s to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the Project Leader with attendance in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders for achieving commercial readiness, obstacle resolution and general continuous improvement activities.
  • Generate change requests in collaboration with Coordinator, GxP Change to create or revise: SAP codes, master documents, finished product, semi-finished, packaging component and unique excipient codes, as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate using designated systems and/or tools to support effective change implementation.
  • Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Third or Fourth year student enrolled in Engineering/ Science faculty, Chemical or Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical program will be a suitable candida
  • Demonstrated Pharmaceutical interest is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, with experience in Excel and Word is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
