Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in researching, resolving and documenting customer audit claims.  The Audit Analyst  will focus on researching third party audits, failure to supply claims, shelf stock adjustment claims, returns inquiries, as well other customer claims and inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyst will assist in researching and compiling data to back up Apotex’s position on third party audit claims.
  • Work closely with Contracts, Pricing and Rebates teams to understand contract terms and conditions as it relates to the various customers’ claims for validation.
  • Research and respond to returns credit discrepancies.
  • Verify shelf stock adjustment claims to ensure they adhere to the associated proposals.
  • Research, verify, communicate and log all failure to supply (FTS), service level penalties (SLP), recoup, and shelf stock claims.
  • Other research projects as assigned by Manager requiring data analysis and reporting on areas such as chargebacks, rebates, billbacks, shelf stocks, and returns.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or commensurate experience)

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Must be self-motivated and possess strong business ethics for handling confidential information.
    • Able to make independent judgment decisions.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
    • Advanced computer skills including Excel, Access, SQL queries, and SAP.
    • Must be able to quickly learn new systems as needed.

 Experience

    • Minimun of two (2) to five (5) years in a relevant audit
